Biography

Michael Sharbaugh is a Senior Data Analyst with the Health Policy Institute’s Medicaid Research Center. He received a Master of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. Previously, Mr. Sharbaugh worked as a biostatistician at the UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute.
